Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellation by You:
1. You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. To cancel your order, please contact our customer support team at admin@researcharticlewriting.com with your order details.
2. If the order has not yet been assigned to a writer, a full refund will be issued.
3. If the order has been assigned to a writer, a cancellation fee of 25% of the total order amount will apply to compensate for the work already done.
Order Cancellation by Us:
We reserve the right to cancel your order if we are unable to fulfill it for any reason. In such cases, you will receive a full refund.
Refund Policy
1. Eligibility for Refunds:
1. Refunds are only provided under specific circumstances, such as failure to deliver the service as agreed.
2. To request a refund, you must contact our customer support team within 3 days of receiving the final product.

3. Non-Refundable Services:

2. Plagiarism checking services using Turnitin are non-refundable once the report has been generated.
Exceptions
Refunds will not be provided for delays or non-performance resulting from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet outages, or technical failures.
